returns and refunds
Our returns policy lasts 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, except in cases legally established by warranty.
To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal, the item must be unused, unopened, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and included components. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, handled, or that show obvious signs of use beyond a mere visual inspection.
Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as personal hygiene items, intimate products, gift cards, digital products or any other item that, by its nature, is not suitable for return once opened.
To complete a return, proof of purchase is required. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Customers must contact our customer service department for instructions before sending any product.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the original shipping cost will also not be refunded.
Products purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for refund, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Defects resulting from improper, negligent, incorrect use or use contrary to the product instructions will not be considered.
